From Fes to Ifrane and Middle Atlas
A full day excursion in the Middle Atlas from Fez:
At 09:00, you will be on your way to reach the province of Ifrane, crossing the small town of Immouzer Kandar and discovering an exclusive fashionable splendor of this extraordinary place often frequented in summer due to its cooler climate than that of the heat region of Fez. You will then take a detour to the beautiful Daiet Aoua Lake, from where you can see the nearby hills reflected in its waters and the riders who join it to practice their sport. Arriving in Ifrane, you will surely be amazed by the strange appearance of this pretty mountainous town constituting a wonderful picturesque square adorned with steep roofs topped with chimneys topped with enormous houses of singing storks with flowers and chestnuts of extraordinary colors which make of the city a corner twin to those of Europe. Let’ Continue the adventure visiting the fantastic ski resorts of Michlifen and Jebel Habri, to be visited after the descent to Azrou, stopping at the foot of Cedar Goureau, where you can guess some of the living magots of this great forest. There you go, after enjoying the green roofs of the central square of Azrou which means the rock in Berber, you will return to the destination of Fez at 4 p.m. sharp.
